This advertisement sign can be used to sell advertising space for all sorts of services, like escort, building and teaching. A renter simply pays the sign and then places at least one picture, a notecard and a landmark into the board. The owner (you) can configure the board to support more than one picture for each board, which then will be displayed in a slideshow! The board will automatically show if the renter is online. The renter will be notified if someone touches the vendor or if his lease period is about to expire. The person who touches the vendor will receive the notecard and the landmark.

Setting up a sign/board is simple. Place it in a suitable location, open the configuration notecard and set the price in it. If you have a large number of signs, you can copy the configuration notecard to the other signs, so no need to configure each one by hand.

The vendor can be modified, except for the software. You can change the default pictures in the configuration notecard by editing the UUIDs to suit your needs. You can copy the vendor to make as many as you need for your services.

Renter information is maintained and stored if you take the sign in your inventory (for example of you are moving to another location), if the sim restarts or if you update the software. It will be restored when re-rezzing the sign again.

If a renter wants to terminate his rental period before it regulary ends, you can configure the sign to pay the refunds.
